Originally from Houston, Texas, Jennifer grew up working in her family’s restaurant and property management businesses, learning early the importance of hard work, consistency, and exceptional customer service. She earned her BA from Mt. Vernon College in Washington, DC, before moving to Albuquerque to pursue graduate studies at the University of New Mexico. She has proudly called New Mexico home ever since.
Outside of real estate, Jennifer is an avid gardener who grows much of her own produce and loves cooking original recipes inspired by her Italian and Texan roots. At age 23, she won a professional baking contest representing a local Italian restaurant. Her creative passions also include jewelry making, exploring New Mexico’s hot springs, and traveling.

Cass Barlow, Transaction Manager
With more than 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, Cass Barlow brings a wealth of knowledge, organization, and dedication to Jennifer Wilson’s team.
Cass Began her real estate career in 1989, working with a residential real estate developer and in property management. She became a licensed New Mexico Real Estate Broker in 1993 and has served as a New Mexico Qualifying Broker since 2014. She is also a Designated Broker in Arizona, bringing extensive knowledge and experience from working with real estate transactions across both states.
Throughout her career, Cass has worked in residential and commercial real estate, investment properties, business opportunities, property management, and commercial appraisal support. Today, she specializes in transaction management and contract-to-close coordination, working behind the scenes to help ensure every detail is handled, deadlines stay on track, and communication continues between clients, brokers, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and the many professionals involved in a successful real estate transaction.
As part of Jennifer Wilson’s team, Cass provides another experienced set of eyes on each transaction, supporting Jennifer and her clients from contract through closing. Her extensive contract knowledge, attention to detail, and decades of experience allow her to anticipate potential issues, stay ahead of important deadlines, and help make the buying and selling experience as organized and seamless as possible.
Cass is also passionate about giving back to the real estate industry. Since 2021, she has served on the New Mexico Association of REALTORS® Forms Committee, collaborating with other real estate professionals to review and help develop the contracts and forms used by REALTORS® throughout New Mexico.

Erica Turri, Transaction Broker/Administrative Assistant
Erica is a licensed Qualifying Broker and a Native New Mexican, born and raised in Albuquerque. While working from home, raising her daughters, Erica obtained her Real Estate license in 2015. Her entrance into Real Estate was unexpected but she quickly fell in love with the fast-paced environment and interaction with people. Erica is an extremely hard worker and her organization, communication skills and ability to multi-task enable her to support the numerous Brokers she works with daily. She works diligently to provide honest and professional service as a Transaction Broker.
Erica’s time away from work is spent having fun with her girls and watching them excel in dance.
